Terms of Service

1. Introduction

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Egoo AI (the "Service"), operated by ATLASSERVERS LTD (trading as Egoo AI), a company registered in England and Wales (Company No. 16900202), with its registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.

By using the Service, you agree to these Terms, our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI Disclosure. If you do not agree, you must not use the Service.

2. The Service

Egoo AI is an AI-powered chat platform. All interactions on the platform are with artificial intelligence, not real people.

3. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 16 years old to use the Service.
  • Users aged 16 or 17 must have parental or guardian consent.
  • You must provide accurate registration information.
  • You are responsible for the security of your account and all activity under it.

4. Accounts

The Service offers registered accounts and guest accounts. Guest accounts are temporary and subject to automatic deletion after a short period. You may upgrade a guest account to a registered account.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

Paid subscription tiers are available. Payments are processed by a third-party payment provider; we do not store your card details. Free trials may be offered at our discretion.

  • Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
  • Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have a 14-day right to cancel. By using the Service, you acknowledge that digital content delivery begins immediately and you may lose this cancellation right once performance has started.

6. Acceptable Use

You may use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not:

  • Use the Service for any illegal or unauthorised purpose
  • Upload harmful, offensive, or inappropriate content
  • Attempt to circumvent security measures
  • Use automated systems to access the Service without permission
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract any part of the Service
  • Impersonate others or provide false information
  • Interfere with the Service or other users' experience
  • Upload content that infringes any third-party intellectual property rights
  • Use AI-generated content to train competing AI systems without our written permission

You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to any content you submit, and that your content does not violate any third-party rights.

7. Content

You retain ownership of content you submit. By using the Service, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free licence to use your content to provide and improve the Service, including analytics and training AI models.

All AI-generated content is owned by Egoo AI. AI-generated content is provided "as is", is not unique, may be produced for other users, and is not guaranteed to be accurate. Our platform, software, and branding are our intellectual property.

8. Communications

We may send you essential emails (such as password resets and security alerts) which cannot be opted out of. We may also send service-related re-engagement emails. You can opt out of non-essential emails at any time via your email preferences or the unsubscribe link in any email.

9. AI Disclaimers

AI responses may contain errors or inaccuracies. The Service does not provide professional advice of any kind (medical, legal, financial, or otherwise). We are not liable for any decisions made based on AI output. See our AI Disclosure for more information.

10. Content Moderation

We reserve the right to:

  • Monitor and review content
  • Remove or restrict access to content that violates these Terms
  • Suspend or terminate accounts
  • Report illegal content to the appropriate authorities

11. Consumer Rights

Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, digital content must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose, and as described. If the Service does not meet these standards, contact [email protected].

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Egoo AI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or related to: (a) your use of the Service; (b) your breach of these Terms; (c) your violation of any third-party rights; or (d) any content you submit to the Service.

13. Limitation of Liability

  • The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.
  • We disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
  • We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages.
  • We are not liable for loss of profits, data, goodwill, or other intangible losses.
  • Our total aggregate liability is limited to the amount you have paid us in the 12 months preceding your claim, or £50, whichever is greater.
  • We are not responsible for AI-generated content, third-party service failures, or any actions you take based on AI output.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability for death, personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other matter where exclusion is not permitted by UK law.

14. Availability

We aim to keep the Service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue the Service at any time with reasonable notice.

15. Termination

  • You may delete your account at any time. A recovery window applies before data is permanently removed.
  • We may suspend or terminate your account for violations of these Terms.
  • Guest accounts are automatically deleted after a short period.

16. Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales, except where you are a consumer with the right to bring proceedings in your local jurisdiction. Before legal action, please contact [email protected].

17. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

18. Class Action Waiver

To the fullest extent permitted by law, you agree that any dispute resolution proceedings will be conducted only on an individual basis and not in a class, consolidated, or representative action. You waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration.

19. General

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. Our failure to enforce any right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Cookie Policy, and AI Disclosure, constitute the entire agreement between you and us.

20. Age-Appropriate Design

For users under 18, we apply enhanced protections in accordance with the UK Age Appropriate Design Code, including privacy-by-default settings and additional content restrictions.
